I prefer to use non-toxic and eco-friendly cleaners as much as possible in our home, so when Seventh Generation introduced the first line of botanical disinfectants registered by the Environmental Protection Agency a couple of years ago, I started using them as soon as they hit the shelves.

The company’s line of disinfectants includes a multi-surface cleaner, wipes and a bathroom cleaner, but I typically use the multi-surface cleaner for my disinfecting needs.

One of my favorite things about Seventh Generation’s Disinfecting Multi-Surface Cleaner is how easy it is to disinfect a surface. I simply spray it on and let it air-dry. The cleaner doesn’t leave behind any residue when it dries and I even feel safe using it on my son’s toys because it’s botanically based.
