The EcoKind Organic Crib Mattress is double-sided: one is a soybean foam layer designed for a baby and the other features an ortho layer designed to provide support for a toddler. The mattress has 220 coils that are equipped with side clips to provide stability when a baby stands. It is covered in a cotton fabric with side vents for better air circulation.

All EcoKind mattresses include recycled materials, are made with PVC-free covers and are made in the U.S.A.

The mattress measures 27.75″ x 52″ x 6″ and fits all standard-size cribs and toddler beds.

Be aware: The mattress also includes a fire retardant barrier. I was unable to find any information online as to what this barrier is comprised of.
