If I had to pick the most natural, environmentally friendly diapering method (aside from no diapers at all), I’d have to go with organic cotton diapers and wool covers. I simply haven’t found a better combination.

If I could restart my diaper stash or money were no object, this is the diapering system I would use. I just love the idea of having nothing but natural fabrics against baby’s skin, particularly since I spent most of my son’s time in cloth diapers battling diaper rashes.
